Free Play from Doc’s Sports. Liga MX Soccer Take Tigres UANL -1.5 over Atlante (9 p.m. EST, Friday August 21) Tigres have sone work to do as they are all the way down in position No. 16 in the table (of 18 sides). This is a perennial championship contender, and we have no doubt they will rise up the standings as the season progresses (13 matches left). This looks like a good spot for them. Atlante is new to The Liga and they were promoted from Liga MX Expansion and also they took on Mazatlán’s infrastructure when that side was disbanded after last season. They have been impressive with points in three of four matches so far. They have played a lot in Mexico City, where they reside, but this will be a tough road tilt for them. The last time they went on the road outside of Mexico City was their only loss of the season, to Necaxa, a team that is much worse than Tigres. They suffered a couple really bad losses in Leagues Cup, where they were beaten by Salt Lake and Minnesota in the USA with a goal differential of -6. These sides haven’t played in a long time, but Tigres have won the last three meetings by two goals each. It’s not time to panic yet, but Tigres desperately need three points here, and this looks like a great spot at home for them to get back on track. And the value is at the lowest point it will probably be all season for this side, and we will strike while the value is there.

Doc’s Sports has been in business for 45 years, which should be all you need to know about their ability to win. But a history of success doesn’t always mean current success. It doesn’t help you win now to find out how well Doc’s Sports did in the 1980s.
You know what does help you win? Getting on board Doc’s current 219-172 streak in all sports, earning $3,442 in profit. They’re still going strong and killing it in any sport you’d think to put money down on.
And when we say any sport, we mean it. They have top 7 finishes in football, baseball, basketball and hockey since 2010.
But what Doc’s Sports has built their reputation on is college sports. It’s rare to look at the top 10 college basketball handicappers and not see Doc’s Sports in there. They were the best in the college basketball handicapping business in 2011-2012. That’s part of a streak reaching from 2008-2013 in which they only missed the top 10 once.
MLB handicapping has also been a strong suit for Doc’s Sports, where they notched a #4 finish in 2014. They also had a #5 finish in 2012, and #4 again in 2008.
Doc is selective in Top MLB picks, but they have a high winning percentage, going 40-25 since April 2015. So it’s a good idea to pay attention when they post a pick.
Bottom line, Doc’s Sports has been in business for a long time and continues to get it done. They have unique handicappers to specialize in each sport. So no matter what you’re betting, the pick is coming from someone who knows what they’re doing.
